- 225 g fresh spinach
- 2 cakes bean curd/tofu
- 2 tbs oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 600 ml water
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
Methods :
- Wash the spinach well, discarding the tough and cut the leaves into small pieces.
- Cut the bean curd/tofu into about 14 pieces.
- Heat the oil in a wok, stir-fry the spinach until soft. Add salt and water and bring to the boil.
- Add the beancurd/tofu and soy sauce amd cook for 2 minutes. Add the sesame seed oil before serving.
